NOVELTY - A lightweight soundproof vinyl floor comprises a PVC layer containing lightweight porous graphene material as bottom layer material and middle layer material, a color printed PVC film as printing layer, and a conductive UV coating as surface conductive wear-resistant layer. USE - Lightweight soundproof vinyl floor. ADVANTAGE - The lightweight soundproof vinyl floor has excellent thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity, improved critical heat flux and impact sound insulation level, and reduced volume resistance and density by addition of 1-3.5 wt.% lightweight porous graphene material to the PVC base material-semi-rigid vinyl floor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the lightweight soundproof vinyl floor, which involves: (1) obtaining the bottom layer material and the middle layer material by multi-roller rolling, and adding lightweight porous material during semi-plasticizing; (2) melting and bonding the printing layer, the middle layer material, and the bottom layer material from top to bottom at high temperature and high pressure on a press, and shaping at high pressure and room temperature to obtain a semifinished product; (3) hardening the front surface of the floor using UV curing coating; and (4) punching to proper size.
