NOVELTY - Preparation of a composite heat dissipation film material involves placing a carbon nanotube film obtained by the chemical vapor deposition method in a plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition tube furnace as a substrate, introducing a carbon source into the tube furnace, carrying out built-in electric field at the lower end of the substrate, reacting under the simultaneous action of high temperature and plasma radio frequency to form graphene nanosheets with orientation and vertical arrangement and covering the graphene nano sheets on the carbon nanotube film substrate to obtain the carbon nanotube-graphene composite film material. USE - Preparation of composite heat dissipation film material used as heat dissipation interface for compact and lightweight electronic component (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The carbon nano tube-graphene nanosheets array composite film is prepared by electric field-assisted plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition, has low cost, excellent flexibility and excellent heat dissipation effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - AN INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the carbon nanotube-graphene composite film which can be applied to the surface of a compact and lightweight electronic component as a heat dissipation interface.
