▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The electrode has a positive electroactive material in an amount greater than 95 wt.% electrode. The positive electroactive material includes a first electroactive material which is a lithium nickel manganese cobalt (NMC) oxide, a lithium nickel manganese cobalt alumina (NMCA) and/or a lithiated nickel cobalt aluminate (NCA). The first electroactive material has a nickel content greater than or equal to about 60 molar%, a second electroactive material containing a phosphatecontaining positive electroactive material and a third electroactive material containing a LMO and a polymeric binder. The positive electroactive material comprises 33-94 wt.% first electroactive material, 2-33 wt.% second electroactive material and2-33 wt.% third electroactive material. USE - Electrode e.g. high nickel content positive electrode used for electrochemical cell i.e. lithium-ion battery, for use in consumer product and vehicle e.g. electric vehicle (EV) and hybrid EV. ADVANTAGE - The electrode has improved thermal stability. The electrochemical cell has a discharge capacity retention of greater than or equal to about 90%.
