NOVELTY - Graphene modified super weather resistant powder coating comprises component A and component B, where the component A comprises 34-48 wt.% polyester resin, 0.8-1.5 wt.% isophorone, 0.3-0.8 wt.% benzoin, 1-12 wt.% modified graphene, 30-45 wt.% filling, 4-12 wt.% inorganic pigments, 0.4-0.8 wt.% leveling agent, 0.8-5 wt.% curing accelerator, and the component B comprise 38-83 wt.% curing agent, and 17-62 wt.% binder. USE - Used as a graphene modified super weather resistant powder coating. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the physical and mechanical properties of the super weather resistant coating by modifying the oxygen-containing functional groups introduced on the surface of the modified graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene modified super weather resistant powder coating comprising (1) heating the screw barrel of the mixing, extrusion and dispersion device to 100-200 degrees C, adding the component A mixture in proportion to the hopper of the mixing, extrusion and dispersion device, (2) starting the screw of the mixing, extrusion and dispersion device, adjusting the screw speed to 45-80 rotations/minute, after the screw speed is stable, starting the feeder, and extruding the mixture in the hopper by the screw in the barrel, (3) cooling the extruded mixture, after the mixture is sufficiently cooled, sending the mixture to the tablet press for crushing treatment, (4) sending the crushed mixed material into a grinder to grind through a 250-mesh sieve to obtain component A mixed powder, (5) heating the barrel of the mixing, extrusion and dispersion device to 100-200 degrees C, adding component B mixture in proportion to the hopper of the mixing, extrusion and dispersion device, (6) starting the screw of the mixing, extruding and dispersing device, adjusting the screw speed to 40-80 rotations/minute, after the screw speed is stable, starting the feeder, and extruding the mixture in the hopper by the screw in the barrel, (7) cooling the extruded mixture, when the mixture is sufficiently cooled, sending the mixture to the tablet press for crushing treatment, and (8) sending the crushed mixed material into a grinder to be ground through a 250-mesh sieve to obtain a mixed powder of component B, and (9). adding the mixed powder of component A obtained in step (4) and the mixed powder of component B to the stirring and dispersing kettle for thorough mixing to obtain graphene modified super weather resistant powder coating.
