NOVELTY - Anti-impact polystyrene material comprises 50-90 pts. wt. high-impact polystyrene resin, 30-70 pts. wt. acrylated epoxy resin, 25-55 pts. wt. polyurethane elastomer, 10-16 pts. wt. modified fiber, 10-16 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 10-16 pts. wt. nano-talc powder, 2-6 pts. wt. triphenyl phosphate, 1-4 pts. wt. isophorone diisocyanate, 1-4 pts. wt. tris(2,4-di-tert-butylphenyl)phosphite, 1-5 pts. wt. silicone oil, 1-3 pts. wt. plasticizer and 1-4 pts. wt. toughening agent. USE - The material is useful in energy automobile (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has high-impact resistance, tensile strength, heat resistance and bending resistance and wide temperature spectrum range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the material, comprising mixing high-impact polystyrene resin, acrylated epoxy resin, polyurethane elastomer, modified fiber, graphene oxide, nano-talc powder, triphenyl phosphate, plasticizer and toughening agent using mixer for 7-12 minutes to obtain mixture, feeding to main feeding port of the twin-screw extruder, feeding isophorone diisocyanate, tris(2,4-di-tert-butylphenyl) phosphite and silicone oil from the side port of the twin-screw extruder, mixing, and extruding and granulating.
