NOVELTY - A graphene-carbon nanotube filled composite board comprises 70 pts. wt. lignocellulose, 30 pts. wt. polyethylene, 0.2-0.6 pt. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.5-1 pt. wt. antioxidant, 1-3 pts. wt. expandable graphite and, 5-9 pts. wt. modified graphene mixture formed by mixing graphene and carbon in the mass ratio of 1-5:1, adding 82-86 %mass concentrated sulfuric acid at room temperature for 7-14 minutes, filtering, neutralizing, ethanol redispersing, leaving still and freeze-drying. USE - Graphene-carbon nanotube filled composite board used as substitute of flooring material. ADVANTAGE - The board has excellent thermal conductivity and is environmentally-friendly without volatile compounds. The preparation process is easy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-carbon nanotube filled composite board, which involves mixing the lignocellulose, polyethylene, silane coupling agent, antioxidant, expandable graphite and the prepared modified graphene mixture, and extruding and molding.
