NOVELTY - Ultra-high viscosity high temperature lubricating grease comprises 60-80 pts. wt. base oil, 15-20 pts. wt. thickening agent, 0.5-1 pt. wt. anti-corrosion additive, 0.05-1 pt. wt. antioxidant additive, 8-10 pts. wt. extreme pressure antiwear agent, and 2-4 pts. wt. viscosity improver. The grease is prepared by (a) adding thickener to 1/3 of base oil, mixing, heating slowly and heat preserving after temperature reaches a specified temperature, (b) adding 1/3 of the base oil again, stirring and heating, heat preserving and stopping heating after heat preserving, (c) adding 1/3 of the base oil, quenching the mixture, homogenizing the mixture by a homogenizer or grinding by a grinder to obtain the base ester, and (d) adding thickener, anti-oxidant additive, anti-corrosion additive, extreme pressure anti-wear agent, and viscosity modifier to the obtained base grease, mixing, homogenizing by a homogenizer or grinding by a grinder, filtering and packaging to obtain the product. USE - Ultra-high viscosity high temperature lubricating grease. ADVANTAGE - The grease is prepared by short reaction time, and has excellent physical and chemical properties.
