The photovoltaic film layer is provided in a middle section. USE - Graphene flexible thin film solar battery e.g. copper indium gallium selenide flexible thin-film battery used in solar power generation field. ADVANTAGE - The graphene flexible thin film solar battery can be featured with simple process, and low cost, and does not cause environmental pollution.
