NOVELTY - The solar battery comprises an upper substrate layer (1), a graphite positive electrode layer (2), a photovoltaic film layer (3), a graphite negative electrode layer (5) and a lower substrate layer (4). The graphite positive electrode layer is attached on the upper substrate layer. The graphite negative electrode layer is attached on the lower substrate layer. The photovoltaic film layer is provided in a middle section. USE - Graphene flexible thin film solar battery e.g. copper indium gallium selenide flexible thin-film battery used in solar power generation field. ADVANTAGE - The graphene flexible thin film solar battery can be featured with simple process, and low cost, and does not cause environmental pollution.
