NOVELTY - Composite graphite structure comprises a flat two-dimensional graphene structure and three dimensional graphene structure, the two-dimensional graphene structure with combined three-dimensional framework integrally formed three dimensional graphene structure. USE - Composite graphite structure is used in the field of cell culture and for preparing a neural scaffold (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite graphite structure has good loading efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing composite graphite framework, which involves (A) providing a composite template structure, where the composite template structure includes a three-dimensional porous scaffold and a substrate having a flat surface, the three-dimensional porous scaffold is bonded to the flat surface, and both the flat surface and the three-dimensional porous scaffold are formed of a metal catalytic material; and (B) using the composite template structure, growing graphene by a chemical vapor deposition method, and then the composite template structure is removed to obtain a composite graphene architecture.
