NOVELTY - Graphene passivation solution comprises 1 -20 wt.% multilayer graphene, 2.5-20 wt.% water-based acrylate, 0.1-10 wt.% silane oligomer, 0.1- 1 wt.% glacial acetic acid, 2-5 wt.% alcohol additives, 0.1-5 wt.% water-soluble dispersant and water (remaining amount), where the water-soluble dispersant includes anionic dispersant and nonionic dispersant and graphene passivation solution does not contain chromium. USE - The passivation solution is useful for soft aluminum-plastic film of lithium battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene passivation solution imparts high adhesive force to the surface of the aluminum foil, and can obtain the ideal composite strength when compounding the film materials e.g. nylon and polypropylene film in the later period. The graphene main body is a material taking carbon element as substrate, the performance is stable, no matter the process of using process or later lithium the incineration process of the battery soft aluminum-plastic film waste, will not generate the harmful substance to the environment and human body. The anion and non-ionic dispersant are combined as the water-soluble dispersant of the passivation system, generating ionization rejection and steric hindrance effect and achievs more excellent stable dispersion.
