NOVELTY - Device comprises an atmosphere generating components, a reaction chambers and a high-energy discharge components. The reaction chamber includes a sealed vessel, and the sealed vessel is provided with an exhaust connector, a first control conductive copper column and a second control conductive copper column. The sealing dish is connected to atmosphere generating component. The high-energy discharge assembly includes a graphene synthesis tube, a first electrode and a second electrode installed at both ends of graphene synthesis tube, a main controller, an adjustable output power supply, and a feed assembly. The graphene synthesis tube, first electrode and second electrode are all arranged in sealed vessel, and both first electrode and second electrode form a ventilation structure with graphene synthesis tube. The graphene synthesis tube is provided with a carbon source cavity and a graphene powder cavity. The carbon source cavity is provided with a carbon source addition port.
