▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Graphene paper comprises a reduced graphene oxide layer (a first layer), and a coating layer (a second layer) formed by coating the reduced graphene oxide layer with a polymer comprising substituted ethyl-benzene compounds (I), where the first and second layers are repeatedly stacked in sequence, and (I) form the first and second layers by reducing graphene oxide. USE - The graphene paper is useful in: a thin-film electrode and a flexible electrode (all claimed); and various electrical devices such as super capacitors, semiconductor insulating layer reinforcements and thin-film transistor semiconductor layer-electrodes. ADVANTAGE - The graphene paper: is flexible; has excellent electrical conductivity and mechanical properties; and can be economically prepared in large-size. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene paper comprises a reduced graphene oxide layer (a first layer), and a coating layer (a second layer) formed by coating the reduced graphene oxide layer with a polymer comprising substituted ethyl-benzene compounds of formula (I), where the first and second layers are repeatedly stacked in sequence, and (I) form the first and second layers by reducing graphene oxide. R1 = -H, -OH (both preferred) or 1-3C alcohol; R2 = -OH, -NHCH3 (both preferred) or -NH2; and R3 = -H or -OH. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of the graphene paper, comprising: preparing a mixture by mixing (I), graphene oxide, and a buffer solution; obtaining a wet state graphene paper by filtering the mixture using a mold that selectively pass a solvent through a lower part; and drying the wet state graphene paper.
