▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing nonwoven fabric based on copper oxide/graphene oxide composite nanomaterial, comprises stirring acetone dispersion of copper oxide/graphene oxide composite nanomaterial of 3-10 mg/ml concentration and methylene dichloride solution of polylactic acid of 20-100 mg/ml concentration, ultrasonically processing in a water bath; then adding 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide (EDC) and N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) to the acetone dispersion; stirring and reacting the mixed system under protective gas atmosphere, drying to obtain copper oxide/graphene oxide composite nanomaterial modified polylactic acid; mixing copper oxide/graphene oxide composite nanomaterial modified polylactic acid, starch, N,N-dimethyl formamide and chloroform solution to obtain spinning raw liquid; and providing hot-rolled polylactic acid nonwoven fabric and spinning with the spinning raw liquid in an electrostatic spinning machine to form spun fibers, uniformly collecting the spun fibers, and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing nonwoven fabric based on copper oxide/graphene oxide composite nanomaterial. ADVANTAGE - The nonwoven fabric has antibacterial and anti-corrosion effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing nonwoven fabric based on copper oxide/graphene oxide composite nanomaterial, comprises stirring acetone dispersion of copper oxide/graphene oxide composite nanomaterial of 3-10 mg/ml concentration and methylene dichloride solution of polylactic acid of 20-100 mg/ml concentration, ultrasonically processing in a water bath; then adding 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide (EDC) and N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) to the acetone dispersion of the copper oxide/graphene oxide composite nanomaterial; stirring and reacting the mixed system under the protective gas atmosphere at 60-80 degrees C for 4-8 hours, drying to obtain copper oxide/graphene oxide composite nanomaterial modified polylactic acid; mixing 80-120 pts. wt. copper oxide/graphene oxide composite nanomaterial modified polylactic acid, 5-20 pts. wt. starch, 400-600 pts. wt. N, N-dimethyl formamide and 800-1200 pts. wt. chloroform solution at 60-70 degrees C for 6-12 hours to obtain a spinning raw liquid; and providing hot-rolled polylactic acid nonwoven fabric and electrostatic spinning with the spinning raw liquid in an electrostatic spinning machine to form spun fibers, uniformly collecting the spun fibers with double-surface of polylactic acid hot-rolled non-woven fabric, and drying to obtain the non-woven fabric, where the mass ratio of polylactic acid, copper oxide/graphene oxide composite nanomaterial, EDC and NHS is 50-100:10:1-5:0.2-1.
