NOVELTY - A composite nano antistaling agent comprises 0.1-10 g graphene oxide, 0.1-6 g chitosan, and 50-250 mL aqueous acetic acid solution. USE - Composite nano antistaling agent used for fruits, vegetables, and herbs. ADVANTAGE - The antistaling agent has easy to obtain raw materials, low cost, simple operation, and good reproducibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of antistaling agent comprising weighing graphene oxide, ultrasonic dispersing in dimethylformamide, and regulating pH; taking chitosan and adding aqueous acetic acid solution; and slowly adding to graphene oxide, stirring at 60 degrees C for 1-2 hours, ultrasonic dispersing for 10-60 minutes, and standing to completely remove sir bubbles.
