NOVELTY - Preparation of soil remediation geomembrane includes preparing 4,4-diaminodiphenyl sulfide/2,3,5,6-tetrafluoroterephthalic acid polycondensate by dissolving 4,4-diaminodiphenyl sulfide, 2,3,5,6-tetrafluoroterephthalic acid, N,N-diisopropylethylamine and 4-dimethylaminopyridine in high-boiling solvent to obtain solution, adding to reaction kettle, replacing air with inert gas, reacting, heating, performing polycondensation reaction, cooling, precipitating in water, washing precipitated polymer with ethanol, and vacuum oven drying; preparing sulfonic acid group modified nano-diamond/graphene nanosheet composite material by dispersing nano-diamond and graphene nanosheet in organic solvent, adding 3-(trihydroxysilyl)-propanesulfonic acid, stirring, refluxing, and rotary evaporating; and mixing e.g. 4,4-diaminodiphenyl sulfide/2,3,5,6-tetrafluoroterephthalic acid polycondensate, sulfonic acid group modified nano-diamond/graphene nanosheet composite material and phosphorus pentoxide. USE - The method is for preparation of soil remediation geomembrane. ADVANTAGE - The geomembrane has better comprehensive performance, better mechanical properties, impermeability, weather resistance and performance stability, better corrosion resistance and flame retardancy, and longer service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of soil remediation geomembrane comprises: (A) preparing 4,4-diaminodiphenyl sulfide/2,3,5,6-tetrafluoroterephthalic acid polycondensate by dissolving 4,4-diaminodiphenyl sulfide, 2,3,5,6-tetrafluoroterephthalic acid, N,N-diisopropylethylamine and 4-dimethylaminopyridine in high-boiling solvent to obtain solution, adding to reaction kettle, replacing air with inert gas, reacting to 110-120 degrees C for 2-4 hours under normal pressure, heating to 235-245 degrees C, performing polycondensation reaction at 400-600 Pa for 14-18 hours, cooling to room temperature, adjusting to normal pressure, precipitating in water, washing precipitated polymer with ethanol for 3-6 times, and vacuum oven drying to 85-95 degrees C until weight is constant; (B) preparing sulfonic acid group modified nano-diamond/graphene nanosheet composite material by dispersing nano-diamond and graphene nanosheet in organic solvent, adding 3-(trihydroxysilyl)-propanesulfonic acid, stirring, refluxing to 60-80 degrees C for 4-6 hours, and rotary evaporating to remove solvent; and (C) mixing 4,4-diaminodiphenyl sulfide/2,3,5,6-tetrafluoroterephthalic acid polycondensate, sulfonic acid group modified nano-diamond/graphene nanosheet composite material, phosphorus pentoxide, high density polyethylene, bisphenol A type sulfonated polysulfone copolymer, initiator and sodium methacrylate sulfonate to obtain mixture, adding to twin-screw extruder, extruding, casting into a film, and rolling.
