NOVELTY - Use of graphene slurry for electric vehicle motor controller, is claimed, where the application method involves mixing 8-16 wt.% graphene powder, 0.3-1.5 wt.% N,N-dimethylacetamide, 1.2-2.3 wt.% ethyl acetate and balance amount of water at temperature of 32-48 degrees C to obtain mixed solution (A), adding 0.3-4.6 wt.% silicon carbide powder to the mixed solution (A) and mixing to obtain mixed solution (B), uniformly mixing 12-35 wt.% polyurea resin, 3-6 wt.% silica and 1-5 wt.% dimethylbenzene and water to obtain mixed solution (C), uniformly mixing mixed solution (B) and mixed solution (C) in volume ratio of 2:1 to obtain graphene slurry, and brush painting graphene slurry on the radiating base of the inner wall and the bottom wall and drying to obtain graphene dispersion layer. USE - Use of graphene slurry for electric vehicle motor controller. ADVANTAGE - The graphene slurry has excellent radiating performance and stability, and prolongs the service life of the electric vehicle motor controller.
