▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A copper foil (10) has surface roughness (Rz) of 0.5 mu m or less, and includes 60% or more (111) plane on surface. USE - Copper foil is used for manufacture of graphene (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to separator for fuel cell, transparent electrode, conductive thin film of display element, mercury-free fluorescent lamp, composite material and carrier of drug delivery system. ADVANTAGE - The high-quality copper foil is economically prepared. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of graphene (20), which involves supplying hydrogen gas and carbon-containing gas (G) to inner side of predetermined chamber (100) while positioning heated copper foil, forming a graphene on surface of copper plating layer of copper foil, etching away the copper foil while laminating a transfer sheet (30) on surface of the graphene, and transferring the graphene on the transfer sheet.
