NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/natural rubber composite involves adding deionized water to natural latex, adding aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide loaded with silicon dioxide, uniformly dispersing to obtain a mixed emulsion, adding a flocculant, so that the silicon dioxide-loaded graphene oxide particles and the rubber particles in the natural latex are adsorbed to each other by π-π force, aggregated in an orderly manner in the aqueous phase and co-precipitated to obtain raw rubber, washing with water, removing water and drying to obtain graphene oxide/natural rubber masterbatch loaded with silicon dioxide, adding anti-aging agent, antioxidant, activator and softener to the graphene oxide/natural rubber masterbatch, mixing and dispersing to obtain mixed rubber, adding vulcanization accelerator and vulcanizing agent to the mixed rubber, kneading, thinning to obtain rubber material, leaving still, placing in mold, and vulcanizing at a certain temperature and pressure condition. USE - Preparation of graphene/natural rubber composite. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene/natural rubber composite with improved mechanical property, thermal conductivity and wear resistance. The electrostatic interaction between silicon dioxide and graphene oxide is a dynamic force, which can not only enhance the crosslinked network structure and increase the cross-linking density of graphene/natural rubber composite, but also enhance the dynamic movement of the rubber. The graphene filler can entangle large amount of rubber molecular chains and the interface interaction between graphene and the rubber matrix can be enhanced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene/natural rubber composite involves (s1) adding silane coupling agent KH-550 (RTM: γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane) to a mixed solution of water and ethanol, dispersing to obtain silane coupling agent hydrolyzate, adding silicon dioxide to the mixed solution of water and ethanol, then adding silane coupling agent hydrolyzed solution after uniform dispersion, reacting, suction filtering, washing, drying to obtain aminated modified silicon dioxide powder, adding to deionized water, ultrasonically processing until the dispersion is uniform, dripping citric acid solution, ultrasonically processing, centrifuging and washing several times until the pH of the dispersion is 7 to obtain amino protonated silicon dioxide dispersion, adding to the graphene oxide aqueous dispersion, ultrasonically treating to obtain aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide loaded with silicon dioxide through electrostatic interaction, (s2) adding deionized water to natural latex, adding aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide loaded with silicon dioxide, uniformly dispersing to obtain a mixed emulsion, adding a flocculant, so that the silicon dioxide-loaded graphene oxide particles and the rubber particles in the natural latex are adsorbed to each other by π-π force, aggregated in an orderly manner in the aqueous phase and co-precipitated to obtain raw rubber, washing with water, removing water and drying to obtain graphene oxide/natural rubber masterbatch loaded with silicon dioxide, and (s3) adding anti-aging agent, antioxidant, activator and softener to the graphene oxide/natural rubber masterbatch, mixing and dispersing to obtain mixed rubber, adding vulcanization accelerator and vulcanizing agent to the mixed rubber, kneading, thinning to obtain rubber material without bubbles, leaving still, placing in mold, vulcanizing at a certain temperature and pressure condition to obtain a graphene/natural vulcanized rubber.
