▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene modified water-based paint comprises aqueous coating and 3-8 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate-organic bentonite/graphene composite nano-material, where the preparation of the ammonium polyphosphate-organic bentonite/graphene composite nano-material comprises heating and stirring 70-85% phosphoric acid using a reactor, adding urea at 75-80 degrees C, synchronously adding organic bentonite and nano-scale graphene at 110-120 degrees C, continuously maintaining the temperature at 130-135 degrees C, stirring and reacting for 10-30 minutes, treating at 180-200 degrees C for 1-2 hours, crushing and cooling at room temperature. USE - Used as graphene modified water-based paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint is highly dispersed; has excellent uniformity in film formation and strong adhesion property; and does not agglomerate, bulge and crack or peel off. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the paint, comprising (i) heating and stirring 70-85% phosphoric acid using a reactor, adding urea at 75-80 degrees C, synchronously adding organic bentonite and nano-scale graphene at 110-120 degrees C, finishing feeding, continuously heating at 130-135 degrees C, stirring and reacting for 10-30 minutes, drying at 180-200 degrees C for 1-2 hours, and crushing and cooling at room temperature to obtain ammonium polyphosphate-organic bentonite/graphene composite nano-material, (ii) heating at 40-50 degrees C, pre-stirring for 20-30 minutes, adding the ammonium polyphosphate-organic bentonite/graphene composite nano-material, and stirring for more than 30 minutes to rotation speed of not less than 1000 revolutions/minute to obtain semi-finished products of graphene modified water-based paint, and (iii) stirring for 10-20 minutes and performing ultrasonic-assisted strengthening treatment.
