▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene oxide/polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) blended cation exchange membrane comprises 5-20 wt.% polyvinylidene fluoride, 0.1-5 wt.% graphene oxide, 50-70 organic solvent, 10-20 wt.% divinylbenzene, 6-20 wt.% glycidyl methacrylate and 0.5-5 wt.% benzoyl peroxide. USE - Graphene oxide/polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) blended cation exchange membrane. ADVANTAGE - The blended cation exchange membrane retains excellent characteristics of PVDF cation exchange membranes, has enhanced surface properties, hydrophilicity, mechanical strength and acid alkali resistances, and has improved anti-pollution capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the graphene oxide/PVDF blend cation-exchange membrane which comprises: (A) providing above raw materials; (B) dissolving graphene oxide in organic solvent and performing ultrasonic dispersion; (C) dissolving polyvinylidene fluoride in organic solvent and performing ultrasonic dispersion; (D) mixing above resulting solutions with divinylbenzene, glycidyl methacrylate and benzoyl peroxide, performing ultrasonic dispersion, standing and defoaming to yield casting solution; (E) casting film solution on glass plate film; (F) drying resulting film from glass plate and obtaining base film; and (G) passing base film through different concentration of concentrated sulfuric acid and deionized water; and immersing base film into collapse sodium hydroxide solution, washing with deionized water to obtain graphene oxide/PVDF blend cation exchange membrane.
