NOVELTY - Continuously preparing graphite bipolar plate comprises (i) adding raw materials in the expanded graphite material chamber to obtain the graphite substrate, (ii) continuously pressing and forming the base graphite of the bipolar plate by the rolling forming device, and graphite the bipolar board blank, (iii) cutting the blank of graphite on the bipolar sheet by the cutting machine to obtain graphite-bipolar board blank monomers, (iv) placing graphite monomers into the dipping device, placing in the dipping solution for continuous dipping, and cleaning, (v) sending the monomers of the graphene graphite into the continuous drying box, drying and curing, and (vi) sending graphite product of bipolar plate monomer after drying and curing process into hot press for continuous hot pressing to obtain graphite. USE - The method is useful in fuel cell field for transmitting gas, conductive electron, structure support, continuous preparation device e.g. rolling forming device, cutting machine, dipping device, continuous drying box and hot press. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing automatic continuous production, high productivity technique, excellent product strength, and suitable for mass production. The method solves the problem that the dipping process is longer caused by the need to pause before the step of avoiding stacking is more.
