A graphene layer (8) is coated between the negative conductivity film and the positive conductivity membrane. USE - Cutting-able solid flexible quick-charging battery e.g. lithium ion battery and electrode short circuit, for converting chemical energy into electric energy device. ADVANTAGE - The battery greatly improving the safety of the battery, and has non-combustible, has high temperature resistance, no corrosion, and characteristics volatilization, avoids the electrolyte leakage in the traditional lithium ion battery and electrode short circuit, and can be randomly cut according to the requirement in the actual use, meet the use requirement, has good bending and folding performance, and is coated with a anode material, thus realizing the flexible battery, enhancing electronic conductivity, and greatly accelerates the speed of the lithium ion embedding cathode.
