▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The device has aa first stretchable base. The surface of the first stretchable base material (1) is provided with stretchable bump (2). A first water-blocking layer (3), a first electrode layer (4) and a light emitting layer (5) are sequentially stacked on the convex surface of the stretchable bump. The stretchable light-emitting device further includes a second electrode layer (6) that is electrically opposite to the first electrode layer. The second electrode layer is tangent to the raised bumps of the light-emitting layer. The second water blocking layer (7) and a second stretchable base material (8)are sequentially stacked on the second electrode layer. USE - The stretchable light-emitting device is useful for stretchable display panel of wear-resistant device, smart electronic skin and a robot. ADVANTAGE - The stretchable light-emitting device: improves the stretchability and stretchable area; increases the contact area between the light-emitting layer and the second electrode layer with the stretching, and also increases the light-emitting area; can maintain high uniformity of irradiation and aperture ratio of the irradiated surface during stretching.
