▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing composite filler modified nylon comprises (i) mixing aluminum nitrate and a precipitator, reacting at a specific temperature, performing suction filtration, drying and calcining to obtain porous nano-alumina, then modifying the porous alumina using an amination reagent to obtain aminated porous nano alumina, (ii) performing electrostatic assembly on the aminated porous nano aluminum oxide and graphene to form graphene-coated aluminum oxide, (iii) adding diamine aqueous solution into dibasic acid, controlling the temperature in a polymerization reaction kettle at 230-250 degrees C, controlling the pressure at 0.1-1MPa and protecting with nitrogen in the polymerization process to obtain a nylon prepolymer, mixing the graphene-coated aluminum oxide with the nylon prepolymer and performing polycondensation in a high-pressure reaction kettle. USE - The method is useful for preparing composite filler modified nylon. ADVANTAGE - The method: realizes the uniform dispersion of grapheme or alumina in the nylon matrix; improves the flame retardant property and heat conducting performance.
