NOVELTY - Preparation of electromagnetic shielding conductive foam involves using graphene oxide and dodecane diamine in the mass ratio of 1:1.4-2, adding graphene oxide to distilled water, mixing to obtain graphene solution, dissolving dodecane diamine in ethanol solution, adding graphene solution, reacting at 80-90 degrees C for 20-26 hours, filtering, washing, drying to obtain dodecane diamine graft modified graphene, adding the dodecane diamine graft-modified graphene to mixed solution of absolute ethanol and cyclohexane in the ratio of 1:3-6, ultrasonically mixing, adding polyurethane foam, reacting at 90-100 degrees C for 2-3 hours, washing several times, drying to obtain modified polyurethane foam, cutting the modified polyurethane foam, and wrapping with conductive fiber cloth on the surface of the cut polyurethane foam. USE - Preparation of electromagnetic shielding conductive foam. ADVANTAGE - The prepared electromagnetic shielding conductive foam has excellent high temperature resistance and moisture resistance, is conducive to work for long-term in hot and humid atmosphere, has high pressure, and frequent occasions where switch is connected and hinged.
