▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing hybrid polyimide foam material comprises (1) preparing silane-modified nano-zirconia; (2) preparing silane-modified magnesium aluminum hydrotalcite; and (3) preparing polyimide syntactic foam by: (3a) adding polyamic acid, graphene oxide, silane-modified zirconia obtained in step (1) and silane-modified magnesium-aluminum hydrotalcite obtained in step (2) into water, adding triethylamine to stir, ultrasonically dispersing uniformly to obtain an aqueous dispersion liquid; and (3b) pouring the aqueous dispersion liquid obtained in step (3a) into a mold, freeze-drying in vacuum, and thermally imidizing to obtain a composite foam material. USE - The hybrid polyimide foam material is useful in organic polymer material, aerospace, microelectronic material, film, separating film, foam plastic, engineering plastic and biological medicine. ADVANTAGE - The hybrid polyimide foam material: has excellent heat resistance, mechanical property and flame retardance performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the hybrid polyimide foam material is prepared by above mentioned method.
