NOVELTY - A heat conductive sheet (1) comprises alternate lamination of resin composition layer (2) containing synthetic resin (I) and carbon material which has graphene laminated structure, and resin composition layer (3) containing a synthetic resin (II). The content of the carbon material with respect to 100 pts. wt. synthetic resin (I) is 50-150 pts. wt. The heat conductivity ( lambda x) of arbitrary direction (x), heat conductivity ( lambda y) of the direction orthogonal to direction (x) and heat conductivity ( lambda z) of thickness direction of the heat conductive sheet, satisfy preset relation. USE - Heat conductive sheet used for heat conductive sheet laminated material for heat conductive sheet molded product used as casing of fixing device for outdoor communication, smart meter and electronic device (all claimed) e.g. mobile telephone and personal computer. ADVANTAGE - The heat conductive sheet has anisotropy in thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A heat conductive sheet comprises alternate lamination of resin composition layer (2) containing synthetic resin (I) and carbon material which has graphene laminated structure, and resin composition layer (3) containing a synthetic resin (II). The content of the carbon material with respect to 100 pts. wt. synthetic resin (I) is 50-150 pts. wt. The heat conductivity ( lambda x) of arbitrary direction (x), heat conductivity ( lambda y) of the direction orthogonal to direction (x) and heat conductivity ( lambda z) of thickness direction of the heat conductive sheet, satisfy the relation: min( lambda x, lambda y)/ lambda z greater than or equal to 5. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) heat conductive sheet laminated material, which has a foamed resin layer and the heat conductive sheet laminated on one or more main surfaces of the foamed resin layer; and (2) heat conductive sheet molded product, which is obtained by molding the heat conductive sheet or heat conductive sheet laminated material.
