NOVELTY - Grafted graphene heat dissipation silicone composition comprises 30-60 wt.% silicone rubber, 5-15 wt.% grafted graphene powder, 1-5 wt.% modified carbon nanotube powder, 0.3-3 wt.% crosslinking catalyst, 3-10 wt.% curing agent, 10-50 wt.% solvents and 0.1-2 wt.% adhesives. USE - The grafted graphene radiating silica gel is useful in interface radiating material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene filler particles in the grafted graphene radiating silica gel composition is modified by grafting, which not only can keep the structure of graphene, but also has better dispersibility in the silicon rubber matrix; it is not easy to accumulate to enhance the forming of the heat conducting path, increases the radiating performance of the composite interface material.
