NOVELTY - High-strength expandable polystyrene filling resin comprises modified polystyrene, flame retardant, foaming agent, stabilizing agent, lubricant, the expandable polystyrene filling resin is prepared by weighing the raw material, mixing, performing foaming treatment, through molding method to obtain expandable polystyrene filling resin, the modified polystyrene is prepared by adding concentrated sulfuric acid into the reaction kettle, stirring and adding graphite and sodium nitrate, stirring, adding potassium permanganate, stirring, heating and continuously stirring, adding de-ionized water, heating and stirring, adding hydrogen peroxide, until the reaction liquid is brown yellow, filtering and washing with de-ionized water until no SO42- to obtain graphene oxide, dispersing the graphene oxide in de-ionized water, stirring and dripping thionyl chloride, refluxing and reacting to obtain the acyl chloride graphene. USE - Used as high-strength expandable polystyrene filling resin. ADVANTAGE - The high-strength expandable polystyrene filling resin prevents the generation of dropping, avoid the secondary combustion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - High-strength expandable polystyrene filling resin comprises 100-120 pts. wt. modified polystyrene, 5-15 pts. wt. flame retardant, 5-8 pts. wt. foaming agent, 1-1.5 pts. wt. stabilizing agent, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. lubricant. The expandable polystyrene filling resin is prepared by weighing the raw material, after uniformly mixing, the temperature is 120-140degrees Celsius, the pressure is 0.3-0.5 MPa, performing foaming treatment, through molding method to obtain expandable polystyrene filling resin, the modified polystyrene is prepared by (a) adding concentrated sulphuric acid into the reaction kettle, stirring and adding graphite and sodium nitrate, stirring, adding potassium permanganate, stirring, heating and continuously stirring, adding de-ionized water, heating and stirring, adding hydrogen peroxide, until the reaction liquid is brown yellow, filtering and washing with de-ionized water until no SO42- to obtain graphene oxide, (b) dispersing the graphene oxide in de-ionized water, stirring and dripping thionyl chloride, refluxing and reacting to obtain the acyl chloride graphene, mixing carbon nano tube, hydrogen peroxide, de-ionized water uniformly, adjusting the pH value of the mixed solution, stirring and adding ferrous chloride, stirring to obtain the hydroxylated carbon nano tube, dispersing acyl chloride graphene in the de-ionized water, adding hydroxylated carbon nano tube and triethylamine, ultrasonic processing to obtain the composite substrate, (3) dispersing the composite matrix in tetrahydrofuran, adding 1-hydroxy-benzotriazole and allyl amine, reacting, preparing the modified matrix, uniformly mixing the modified matrix and styrene, ultrasonically processing, adding potassium persulfate aqueous solution and reacting to obtain the modified polystyrene.
