NOVELTY - Graphene PTC electrothermal film slurry, comprises 0.6-2.5 pts. wt. heating graphene, 15-35 pts. wt. resin, 15-35 pts. wt. filler A, 5-10 pts. wt. filler B, 0.5-2 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. adhesion promoter, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. oriented stabilizer and 14.25-63.65 pts. wt. solvent. The filler B is made of a conductive material whose resistance increases with increase in temperature. USE - Graphene PTC (positive temperature coefficient) electrothermal film slurry used for preparing an electrothermal film. ADVANTAGE - The graphene PTC electric heating film slurry has good storage stability, thermal conductivity, heating uniformity, positive temperature coefficient effect and heating stability, comprehensively improves the performance of the electric heating film, and further improves the service life of the electric heating film and the safety in use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: A method for preparing graphene PTC (Positive temperature coefficient) electrothermal film slurry, which involves mixing and dispersing the heating graphene, portion of dispersing agent, portion of adhesion promoter, portion of directional stabilizer and portion of solvent to obtain graphene pre-dispersion liquid. The resin, the filler, the residual dispersing agent, the residual adhesion promoter, the residual directional stabilizer and the residual solvent are mixed, and then ground and dispersed to obtain a slurry intermediate. The graphene pre-dispersion liquid is added into the slurry intermediate and mixing to obtain target product. An electrothermal film, which comprises graphene PTC (Positive temperature coefficient) electrothermal film slurry, which is coated or printed on the back two sides of the surface of a substrate and electrodes are added to the back side of the substrate, preferably, the base material is inorganic non-metal base material and a polymer base material.
