NOVELTY - Intelligent light-controlled clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats (CRISPR) nanocarrier comprises a cationic polymer/phase change material core-shell structure and CRISPR gene editing system. The CRISPR gene editing system is attached to the cationic polymer/phase change material core-shell structure, the particle diameter of the intelligent light control CRISPR nanocarrier is 30-200 nm. The cationic polymer/phase change material core-shell structure comprises photo-thermal agent, phase change material and cation polymer. USE - As nanocarrier. ADVANTAGE - The nanocarrier has good biocompatibility and cell transfection efficiency, and controls intracellular delivery and release of the CRISPR gene editing system accurately. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of the intelligent light control CRISPR nanocarrier, which involves dissolving a phase change material in organic solvent to obtain first organic solution, where the concentration of the phase change material in the first organic solution is 1-10 mg/ml, dissolving photothermal agent in organic solvent to obtain second organic solution, where the concentration of the photo-thermal agent in the second organic solution is 1-5 mg/ml, mixing the first organic solution with the second organic solution to prepare light response core material, dissolving cation polymer in the deionized water, continuously adding CRISPR gene editing system to the deionized water, where the concentration of the prepared cation polymer is 5-50 mg/ml, the concentration of the CRISPR gene editing system is 0.1-1 mg/ml of solution, where polymer is shell material, uniformly mixing the light response core material and the shell material polymer in a volume ratio of 2-8:2-8, dialyzing, and freeze-drying CRISPR nanocarrier.
