NOVELTY - The continuous device for preparing a hard carbon-graphene material by pyrolyzing waste tires has a tire crushing device (1) and a tire pyrolysis device for pyrolyzing crushed tire rubber powder particles. The tire pyrolysis device has a preheating feeder (2) and a rotary kiln (3) which are connected in a sealing manner. A solid discharge port of the rotary kiln is connected to a fluidized bed (6). A pyrolysis gas discharge port of the rotary kiln is connected to an oil-gas separation device (5) for separating and collecting pyrolysis oil. The gas outlet of the oil-gas separation device is connected to the gas inlet of the fluidized bed. A gas compensation device (7) is also arranged on a pipeline between the oil-gas separation device and the fluidized bed. The solid discharge hole of the fluidized bed is connected to a solid product post-treatment device (8). The gas outlet of the fluidized bed is connected to a tail gas treatment device (9). USE - Continuous device for preparing a hard carbon-graphene material by pyrolyzing waste tires. ADVANTAGE - The two energy consumption links of the tire pyrolysis and the graphene growth process are combined. The energy consumption of the industrial process is greatly reduced, and the low-carbon, efficient, green and sustainable high-value utilization of the life cycle of the tire end is realized.
