NOVELTY - Preparation of sulfonated graphene-containing conductive thin film, involves mixing sulfonated graphite and deionized water, ultrasonically-dispersing, adding glucose, transferring mixture to four-necked flask and then heating, adding aqueous ammonia and deionized water, drying to obtain sulfonated graphene, crushing to form suspension, ultrasonically-processing, centrifuging to obtain sulfonated graphene-containing colloidal suspension, vacuum-filtering, drying, peeling off film formed on surface of flask, and drying. USE - Preparation of sulfonated graphene-containing conductive thin film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of easily preparing sulfonated graphene-containing conductive thin film with improved yield, thermal stability and reduced defects, without using chemical reducing agents and other toxic substances such as hydrazine hydrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of sulfonated graphene-containing conductive thin film, involves mixing sulfonated graphite and deionized water, ultrasonically-dispersing mixture for 1 hour, adding glucose, transferring mixture to four-necked flask and then heating at 95 degrees C, adding aqueous ammonia, adding deionized water to neutralize mixture, drying mixture at 50-60 degrees C to obtain a sulfonated graphene, crushing sulfonated graphene to form 1 mg/ml suspension, ultrasonically-processing suspension for 30 minutes, centrifuging to remove impurities and to obtain sulfonated graphene-containing colloidal suspension, vacuum-filtering colloidal suspension, drying filtrate in an oven, peeling off a film formed on the surface of flask, and drying. The weight ratio of sulfonated graphite, deionized water, glucose, and aqueous ammonia is 4:1:3:0.01.
