NOVELTY - Epoxy heavy-duty anticorrosive coating, comprises zinc - graphene quantum dots (GQDs) composite powder, epoxy resin, epoxy resin curing agent and auxiliary agent for heavy anti-corrosion. The preparation method of the Zn-GQDs composite powder includes grinding and mixing the carbon source and the zinc-rich powder, where the amount of the carbon source is 0.1-10% of the mass of the zinc-rich powder and performing carbonization treatment after the mixing is uniform. USE - Used as epoxy heavy-duty anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating solves the problem of directly adding less layer graphene of dispersibility and uniformity problem; avoids the defect of poor compatibility of the zinc powder and epoxy resin; has good anti-corrosion effect and good flexibility; and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating method, comprising immersing the clean alloy workpiece in an aqueous solution of functional small molecules, soaking the surface of the workpiece, taking it out and dry, where the functional small molecules are sulfur-containing organic small molecules and their molecular weight does not exceed 500 and coating the modified work piece.
