NOVELTY - Polishing pad for polishing corners of electronic display screen comprises a skid-proof rubber layer (1), a base material layer (2), a hardening layer (3), a grid layer (4) and a filling layer (5) arranged in order from the inside to the outside. The base material layer is ring-shaped, and the inner wall of base material layer is covered with skid-proof rubber layer, and the outer wall of the base material layer is covered with a hardening layer. The grid layer is fitted and connected to the outer surface of hardening layer. The gap between grid layer and hardening layer is filled with filling layer. The hardening layer comprises 40-70 pts. wt. first aqueous epoxy resin adhesive, 20-52 pts. wt. first polyurethane, 5-12 pts. wt. first carbon black, and 1-3 pts. wt. first nano-aluminum oxide dispersion liquid, where the aqueous epoxy resin adhesive is epoxy resin molecular chain grafted with acrylic acid and maleic anhydride monomers. USE - Used as polishing pad for polishing corners of electronic display screen. ADVANTAGE - The pad: improves the hardness and toughness of the polishing layer, and wear resistance of the polishing surface; has improved uniformity of wear on the surface; and improves the polishing quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Polishing pad for polishing corners of electronic display screen comprises a skid-proof rubber layer (1), a base material layer (2), a hardening layer (3), a grid layer (4) and a filling layer (5) arranged in order from the inside to the outside. The polyurethane is a polyurethane adhesive comprising carbamate group, isocyanate group, or isocyanate group or carbamate group. The carbon black is a carbon compound containing at least two hydroxy groups, carbonyl groups, amino groups or cyano groups. The nano-aluminum oxide dispersion liquid comprises 20-25 wt.% nano-alumina dispersion liquid, and the particle size of the nano-alumina is 20-30 mm. The grid layer comprises 40-70 pts. wt. second aqueous epoxy resin adhesive, 10-23 pts. wt. second methyl vinyl silicone rubber, and 13-21 pts. wt. second polyethylene. The aqueous epoxy resin adhesive is epoxy resin molecular chain grafted with acrylic acid and maleic anhydride monomers. The molecular chain of epoxy resin comprises tertiary amine or quaternary amine base or the molecular chain of epoxy resin is connected with hydrophilic polyoxyethylene group and guaranteed to contain at least one epoxy groups. The methyl vinyl silicone rubber is formed by copolymerization of dimethyl siloxane and vinyl siloxane, and the vinyl content is 0.1-0.3%. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the polishing pad for polishing corners of electronic display screen, comprising (i) mixing second aqueous epoxy resin adhesive, second methyl vinyl silicone rubber, and second polyethylene with a good ratio and pouring them into a grid-shaped mold, and mixing at 80-200 degrees C for 5-10 minutes to obtain grid layer, (ii) coating hardening layer with a good ratio of raw materials on surface of base material layer, banburying at 80-200 degrees C for 2-5 minutes, and pressing into the grid layer, (iii) forming gap between grid layer and hardening layer, filling the gap with filling layer with a good proportion, leveling, and vulcanizing at 100-160 degrees C for 5-20 minutes, and (iv) coating prepared skid-proof rubber layer on back of basr material layer, and vulcanizing at 100-160 degrees C for 5-20 minutes.
