▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing zinc-aluminum alloy added with graphene, comprises: (i) using industrial pure zinc, industrial pure aluminum and industrial pure copper as raw materials, smelting in an intermediate frequency induction furnace at 500-700℃ for 20-40 minutes, and using graphite crucible to obtain molten metal; (ii) preparing reduced graphene oxide-coated aluminum powder, adding it to molten metal, where the concentration of reduced graphene oxide is 0.1-0.5 wt.%, and keeping it warm for 3-5 minutes to obtain molten metal; and (iii) casting molten metal into a metal mold to obtain zinc-aluminum alloy. USE - Preparation method of zinc-aluminum alloy added with graphene used in mechanical shock absorber and anti-seismic device field. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare zinc-aluminum alloy that has improved hardness. According to the provisions of ISO 6507-1:2005 "Vickers Hardness Test of Metallic Materials", At a test temperature of 25°C, The load is 1.96 N, under the condition that the loading time is 10 seconds, and the Vickers hardness of the zinc-aluminum alloy is above 170 HV. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for zinc-aluminum alloy prepared by the above-mentioned method.
