NOVELTY - Graphene reinforced copper-based oil bearing material, is claimed. The preparation of graphene reinforced copper-based oil bearing material comprises (i) adding oil bearing material into the graphene oxide colloidal aqueous solution, stirring at room temperature, filtered, and drying to obtain graphene-coated copper powder; (ii) cold molding graphene-coated copper powder to obtain blank body, sintering blank body under a protective atmosphere, and cooling naturally to obtain porous graphene/copper composite material; and (iii) placing porous graphene/copper-based composite material in a lubricating oil for oil bearing, soaking under full pressure until completely infiltrated and cooling naturally. USE - The oil bearing material is useful for acoustic machinery, home appliance machines, office machines and transportation machinery bearings (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material: has little abrasion, good bearing capacity, high oil content and stable lubricating performance; and preparation method solves the problem of uniformly dispersing graphene nano sheet in the copper matrix.
