▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Fluorine modified silicone defoaming agent, comprises: 50-100 pts. wt. fluorosilicone oil; 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.01-1 pts. wt. hydrazine hydrate, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. a dispersant; and 0.2-1 pts. wt. a thickening agent. A defoaming agent is further added with nano silicon dioxide. The adding amount of the nano silicon dioxide is 5-8 times of the adding mass of the graphene oxide. The 80° C water soaking time of the nano silicon dioxide is T, which is not more than 60 seconds. USE - Fluorine modified silicone defoaming agent. ADVANTAGE - The defoaming agent has significantly better defoaming effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the fluorine-modified silicone defoaming agent, which involves: primarily dispersing, mixing the fluorosilicone oil, dispersant and graphene oxide, and nano silicon dioxide, stirring for 30-40 minutes at the rotating speed of 200-300 revolutions per minute to obtain the primary mixture; putting the hydrazine hydrate into the primary mixture under the stirring speed of 500-700 revolutions per minute, continuously stirring for 10-15 minutes after finishing adding, then reducing the rotating speed to 100-150 revolutions per minute, and raising the system temperature to 80-90° C, stirring and reacting for 100-200 minutes, reducing the graphene oxide to obtain the graphene, and adding all the remaining raw materials during the stirring process, and obtaining intermediate products after the reaction is completed; adding the thickening agent into the intermediate product, stirring at a speed of 300-400 revolutions per minute, continuously stirring for 10-15 minutes, then reducing the rotating speed to 50-60 revolutions per minute, and cooling to room temperature, and discharging to obtain the defoaming agent.
