▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene anticorrosive aqueous-based paint involves preparing graphene/methyltrimethoxysilane dispersion, coating 2-3 layers of graphene/methyltrimethoxysilane dispersion on the surface of magnesium alloy (AZ91D) by using bar coating method, drying and curing in drying oven at 80-100 degrees C to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene anticorrosive aqueous-based paint, which is useful for preparing white fluorescent carbon dots, and anticorrosive coating application of magnesium alloy products (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The paint improves corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy, is economical and prepared by simple method, and does not contain heavy metal ions, which ensures environmentally-friendly effect.
