▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Positive electrode sheet includes 60-98 wt.% of active electrode material, 1-15 wt.% of electronic conductive agent, 0.2-10 wt.% of auxiliary agent and 0.8-15 wt.% of ion conductive agent. USE - Positive electrode sheet for positive electrode plate for solid-state batteries (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation process of positive electrode sheet adopts a solvent-free dry process, which effectively reduces the interface contact impedance in the solid-state battery, builds an integrated electrode with both electronic and ion conductive networks, realizes the integration of electrode-solid electrolyte, and promotes the industrialization of solid-state batteries as soon as possible. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing a positive electrode sheet, which involves mixing active electrode material, electronic conductive agent, auxiliary agent and ion conductive agent raw materials through a disperser, and then shearing, and then extruding the materials, heating and calendering by multi-stage rollers to prepare a positive electrode sheet; (2) a positive electrode plate for solid-state batteries, which comprises the positive electrode sheet and a current collector layer, and thickness of the positive electrode sheet is 200-500 micrometer, thickness of the current collector layer is 5-20 micrometer, and forming the positive electrode plate by combining the positive electrode sheet and the current collector layer by hot rolling; and (3) a solid state battery, which is assembled by a 3-layer structure lamination comprises a positive electrode plate layer composed of the positive electrode plate, a solid electrolyte layer and a negative electrode plate layer composed of a lithium metal negative electrode.
