▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The metal substrate comprises a graphene oxide composite layer formed on a surface of an iron-nickel alloy substrate. The metal substrate has a coefficient of thermal expansion of less than 4x 10-6 m/K, a thickness of 30-100 mu m and a surface roughness of less than 4 nm. USE - The metal substrate is useful in organic LEDs. ADVANTAGE - The thin metal substrate can be economically manufactured with high flexibility and moisture resistance thus improving lifespan of the time of the LED. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing a metal substrate.
