▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing the fiber surface layer of a polytetrafluoroethylene mask involves adding graphene oxide, polyvinyl alcohol and silver oxide to a mixed solvent of N,N'-dimethylformamide and acetone, stirring and then sonicating to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion, and adding polytetrafluoroethylene powder to the graphene oxide dispersion, and after the dispersion is uniform, a spinning solution is obtained. The spinning solution is electrospinned to obtain a nascent fiber membrane, and heat-treated the nascent fiber membrane at 300-350 degrees C to obtain polytetrafluoroethylene nanofibers immobilized on graphene oxide and silver oxide, and dispersed the polytetrafluoroethylene nanofibers in a povidone aqueous solution to obtain a precursor liquid. The precursor liquid is spin-coated on the surface of the meltblown cloth, and after curing, the polytetrafluoroethylene fiber mask surface material is obtained. USE - Method for preparing the fiber surface layer of a polytetrafluoroethylene mask. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepared the fiber surface layer of a polytetrafluoroethylene mask, where graphene oxide and silver oxide have a synergistic effect, which improves the effect of sterilization and disinfection, and is beneficial to the isolation of viruses, and can be used repeatedly after soaking in disinfectant.
