NOVELTY - Pulse purification and extraction high-quality nano graphene carbon particle device for diesel internal combustion engine, comprises an air inlet pipe, an air inlet silencer, diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) unit (3), an air baffle, a 1st stainless steel filter element (5); 2nd stainless steel filter element (6), carbon particle collector (7); an air outlet pipe; pulse pipe connected with the air compressor gas tank with a pulse electromagnetic valve (13); and a pulse controller (14) that controls the pulse electromagnetic valve. The air inlet pipe and the air inlet silencer are connected. The air inlet silencer and the other end are connected with the DOC unit. The air current baffle plate located on the DOC unit and the 1st stainless steel filter element through a connecting flange are fixed. The 2nd stainless steel filter element is connected with the air outlet pipe through a connecting flange. USE - The pulse purification and extraction high-quality nano graphene carbon particle device is useful for diesel internal combustion engine. ADVANTAGE - The stainless steel filter element has the characteristics of no blockage, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, easiness in cleaning, and nano-graphene extraction. The filter element does not need to be detached and maintained, thus the use of element is convenient, and the utilization rate of the mechanical vehicle is improved.
