NOVELTY - The LED has a cathode, an anode and a quantum dot light-emitting layer arranged between the cathode and the anode. A first layer arranged between the anode and the quantum dot light emitting layer. The material of the first layer is provided with graphene-like carbon nitride and poly-ethylenedioxythiophene (PEDOT)/polystyrene sulfonate (PSS). The first layer of material is composed of graphene-like carbon nitride and PEDOT/PSS. The mass ratio of the graphene-like carbon nitride and PEDOT/PSS is predetermined value. A stack is arranged between the anode and the quantum dot light-emitting layer. The laminate is composed of a first laminate and a second laminate. The material of the first layer is composed of graphene-like carbon nitride and PEDOT/PSS. USE - Quantum dot LED (QLED) used in display and lighting fields. ADVANTAGE - The hole transport performance is enhanced. The device performance is improved. The QLED adopts a solution method to prepare a laminated structure, provides good film forming properties and simple process.
