NOVELTY - Manufacture of composition, involves adding 30-40 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 60-70 pts. wt. polyester polyol, 5-15 pts. wt. isocyanate, 5-15 pts. wt. chain extender, 1-3 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. catalyst, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. stabilizer, and 3-6 pts. wt. foaming agent to a stirrer, stirring at 25-30 degrees C and 4000-4500 rpm for 15 seconds, preheating 4-8 pts. wt. modified inorganic filler to 25-30 degrees C, adding the stirred mixture, stirring at 4000-4500 rpm for 10 seconds, transferring the product to a mold preheated to 60-70 degrees C, demolding after 20-40 minutes, and heat-preserving for 12 hours at 60-70 degrees C. USE - Manufacture of composition for load forklift tires. ADVANTAGE - The method provides composition having excellent bearing capacity, strength, toughness, impact resistance, wear resistance, and thermal stability.
