▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Thermally conductive polymer composite comprises aerogel body, which is formed from graphene and boron nitride (BN) in the pores of the aerogel body incorporating a resin. USE - Thermally conductive polymer composite used in electronic appliances, light-emitting diode, coil ice storage air conditioners, batteries, mobile phones and computers (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The thermally conductive polymer composite improves stability of conducting polymer composite material, and good heat conducting and mechanical property, and is processed in simple and cost-effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a thermally conductive polymer composite, which involves: (A) preparing graphene oxide and BN into a dispersion liquid containing graphene oxide and BN; (B) subjecting the dispersion to hydrothermal reduction treatment to reduce graphene oxide (RGO) or BN hydrogel; (C) placing the obtained RGO or BN hydrogel at room temperature for drying and heating to obtain an aerogel having an oriented structure; and (D) mixing aerogel with a resin and subjecting into heat treatment in a protective atmosphere to obtain the desired product.
