▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing plastic raw material, comprises (i) selecting 50-100 pts. wt. polyacrylate, 40-80 pts. wt. graphene, 28-48 pts. wt. titanium white pigment, further selecting auxiliary agent composed of 10-30 pts. wt. flame retardant, 25-40 pts. wt. antioxidant, 18-22 pts. wt. compatibilizer and 5-10 pts. wt. lubricant, (ii) adding the selected raw materials into the mixer for mixing according to the proportion, then adding the auxiliary agent into the mixer in turn according to the proportions, and mixing raw materials and additives to obtain mixed material, (iii) placing the mixed material in obtained in step (ii) into the dryer for drying treatment, setting the drying temperature at 70-100 degrees C, and the drying time to 8-15 minutes, (iv) adding the dried raw materials into the parallel twin-screw extruder, and extruding the raw materials into shape, and (v) cooling down the raw material formed in step (iv), and granulating the cooled raw material into pellets to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing plastic raw material. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes graphene as raw material, which increases the interface thermal resistance and thermal conductivity of the thermal plastic material.
