NOVELTY - The method involves pre-heating a steel pipe. Surface sundries are removed form the steel pipeline. A sand blasting process is carried out. Heat source anchor-pattern depth is controlled in 45- 95um for removing dust on the surface. The heating of the surface-treated steel pipe is controlled at 280-470 degrees centigrade. Epoxy graphite powder is fully fluidized in a fluidized bed. Powder particles are uniformly adhered on the surface of the steel surface. A metal steel tube watering cooling operation is carried out. USE - Pipeline inner coating graphene fusion bonded epoxy powder coating method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables utilizing organic material, which can effectively resist chemical corrosion coating in an inner wall of the pipeline so as to ensure better insulation property when temperature is reduced to below 150 degrees centigrade, and ensuring coating performance in an effective manner.
