NOVELTY - Cable material comprises polypropylene resin, PVC resin, heat stabilizer, flame retardant, UV absorber, basalt fiber, nano-calcium carbonate, polyethylene wax, epoxidized soybean oil, graphene, preservative and plasticizer. USE - As cable material. ADVANTAGE - The material is environmentally-friendly, economical and safe, has excellent mechanical properties, high temperature resistance, aging resistance and flame retardancy, and is prepared by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the material involving (i) processing flame retardants by taking each component of the flame retardants, drying, grinding and uniformly mixing, and (ii) drying polypropylene resin and PVC resin, adding heat stabilizer, UV absorber, basalt fiber, nano-calcium carbonate, polyethylene wax, epoxidized soybean oil, graphene, preservative and plasticizer, uniformly mixing, adding the processed flame retardant, and extruding and granulating the mixture in a mixing extruder to obtain the product.
