NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-polyamide composite material involves mixing graphite with surface active agent to obtain the modified graphite. The caprolactam monomer and the modified graphite are mixed. The modified graphite is adsorbed with caprolactam monomer. The obtained mixture is added with sodium hydroxide. The obtained mixture is mechanically stirred. The obtained mixture is decompressed and distilled. The temperature of the obtained mixture is raised to 130 degrees C slowly. USE - Method for preparing graphene-polyamide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene-polyamide composite material in an eco-friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-polyamide composite material involves mixing graphite with surface active agent to obtain the modified graphite. The obtained mixture is reacted for 0.5 hours. The obtained mixture is added with toluene diisocyanate. The obtained mixture is stirred for 30 seconds. The obtained mixture is poured in the mold with a preheating temperature of 150-170 degrees C. The graphene-polyamide composite material is prepared by polymerizing at 150-170 degrees C for 1-3 hours.
